LIST OF THE OLDEST UNIVERSITY IN AFRICA



Although the education sector still faces many challenges in Africa, the colleges that have existed in the continent for many years have become a matter of great pride. The following are the most universal universities in Africa.


1.Al-Karaouine University 

This is located in Morocco. Founded in 859 AD and is the first Islamic university. It has been placed on the World Book of Memory and the UNESCO International Organization has identified it as the world's largest and ongoing university.



2.Al-Azhar University.
